What will you be doing?
In this role, you will be responsible for creating and optimizing paid advertising campaigns that target businesses actively searching for Product Information Management (PIM) solutions. We expect you to be an expert in managing PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Review sites, as well as LinkedIn and Meta for remarketing. Your purpose will be driving qualified traffic, increasing conversions, and helping us connect with prospects at the perfect stage of their buying journey. The ultimate goal for you is to make sure we are dominating top positions on all major review sites and ranking top 3 on YouTube, Google, and Bing when people are searching for PIM.
Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:
After 1 month:
You’ll start with a crash course in all things related to Plytix by learning how our software works and earning your Product Information Management Certificate. By the end of your first month, you’ll understand our user journey and what companies come to us for. You will have completed your tour of duty in Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Marketing and be ready to dive right in.
After 3 months:
By this time, you will have a strong understanding of our PIM solution, our target audience, and our current PPC ecosystem. You’ll be actively driving campaign strategy, experimenting with new ad formats and audience segments to capture more high-intent leads. You’ll have already identified and implemented optimizations that are improving conversion rates, and you'll be collaborating closely with the sales and marketing teams to align paid media efforts with broader business goals. Your reports will offer deeper insights into campaign performance and market opportunities. By this point, you’ll feel right at home and make a noticeable impact with your work, helping us connect with our in-market audience in new ways.
6 months in:
Six months in, you’ll be fully immersed in managing our existing PPC campaigns. You’ll be a key contributor to our digital marketing strategy, regularly creating and optimizing campaigns that resonate with our in-market audience and significantly impact lead generation and ROI. You’ll be continuously refining strategies based on data-driven results, exploring new channels, and leading the charge on expanding our paid media presence. Your insights and recommendations will be central to shaping the company’s growth, as you help scale our paid acquisition efforts.
Who you’ll be working with?
You’ll be part of our dynamic Marketing team, collaborating closely with other content creators, designers, and digital strategists to bring our campaigns to life. You’ll also work alongside the Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to make sure our in-market campaigns reflect our brand’s messaging and supports overall business goals. Plus, you’ll get to interact with experts across the company, sharing insights and ideas that help shape our content strategy.
