We’re on the search for an enthusiastic and creative Graphic and Web designer to join our team! Most of our branding team is based in Malaga, so it would be great if you could see yourself living there too.
What is Plytix?

You’ll have the creative freedom to design important visuals (following the branding guidelines, of course!). What’s really cool is that you’ll get to see your projects through from conception to completion. You’ll learn all you need from our creative experts until you’re designing Plytix creatives with confidence and shine as an audiovisual communication expert.
What will you be doing?
You'll be a key player in the marketing team—helping support them with any kind of visual creation. You’ll be the creative mastermind behind many projects from social media creatives to designing and executing website pages and much more! You’ll help grow our branding by coming up with new design ideas and making sure that we are consistent in all the designs we create. You’ll also work with the Content team and Website team to publish content directly into the website—making sure that it all looks great!
After 1 month:
Your training has been completed and you'll be on your way to becoming a Plytix PIM expert. Becoming a PIM expert will be key to your success.
You’ve been with the Customer Success team to gain deep knowledge of the Plytix Platform and how we work with our beloved customers. And you’ve done your tour of duty in both Sales and Marketing and you know the ins and out of how all the departments work together.
After 3 months:
You’re now fully integrated as a part of the creative marketing team, and you’re managing projects and tasks independently and efficiently. You’ve worked on many different projects already and with many different stakeholders across different teams and departments.
At this point, you’re also starting to get more comfortable with how we work with planning and coordination in the marketing team, and you’re taking ownership of your own project calendar.
6 months in:
At this stage, you’ll be a design superstar and a true brand ambassador of the Plytix culture and brand.
You can take on almost any kind of project and deliver on them in a timely and efficient manner. You’re starting to take on more challenging projects and find yourself taking more and more ownership.
You’re starting to think beyond your core job and are becoming more involved in process optimization and planning.
Who will you be working with?
You’ll be working in the marketing department, and more specifically in the creative team itself. You’ll also work closely with other departments like sales, customer success, HR etc. Basically, you can expect to work with many different stakeholders from almost every department within the company.
