We’re on the search for a motivated Account Executive to join our sales team at Plytix. Based in our Málaga office, you’ll be joining a rapidly growing SaaS company serving clients around the globe. Your primary focus will be identifying high-potential prospects that align with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and driving meaningful engagement with qualified leads. From the first point of contact to closing the deal, you’ll be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, playing a key role in our global expansion and positioning yourself for a successful and rewarding career in SaaS sales.

As an AE, you'll quickly become a PIM (Product Information Management) expert, trusted by some of the most exciting up-and-coming brands and retailers around the world. You'll play a key role in guiding clients through their sales journey, from prospecting to closing, leveraging best in class sales tools. Every day will bring new challenges, and you’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment while continuously sharpening your expertise.
We believe in investing in our team, which means you’ll have regular 1:1s with your manager and ongoing coaching to keep you at the top of your game. This is a role for someone ready to make a direct impact and contribute to the continued success and expansion of Plytix.
What will you be doing?
You’ll play an instrumental role in the growth of one of the fastest tech companies today. You’ll be working with leads who are genuinely interested in our platform and are now just looking for a steady hand to guide them through the buyer's journey. As that trusted guide, you’ll build genuine relationships by being yourself—earning trust through transparency and authenticity.With passion and integrity, you’ll showcase all the power Plytix has to offer, helping prospects see how it can revolutionize their business. And because we believe in always doing the right thing, you won’t hesitate to suggest an alternative solution if it better suits their needs. At Plytix, it's about more than just making a sale—it's about being honest, ethical, and doing what’s best for the customer. After all, that’s what really builds long-term success.
After 1 month:
You’ll master the art of qualifying prospects & delivering the perfect Plytix PIM demo! Becoming a PIM expert will be the key to your success. You’ll work very closely with the Customer Success team to gain deep knowledge of the Plytix Platform. You’ll learn the Plytix way when it comes to sales with lots of interactive sales training sessions and you’ll be well on your way to becoming the next Account Executive rockstar. Through interactive sales training sessions, you’ll learn the Plytix way of selling, blending strategy with authenticity.
After 3 months:
After 3 months you will have gained a very deep knowledge and understanding of all things PIM and ecommerce. You’ll be right on track to becoming a PIM master. You’ll fully understand that everything you do has the underlying goal of our clients receiving best-in-class advice and customer service. You’ll be an expert in active listening. Your days will be filled with sourcing, engaging and qualifying prospects via Linkedin, video, phone, email and Google Hangouts. You’ll be spending a lot of your time in front of the camera running prospects through detailed demos of the system all with the goal of building up your pipeline. You should also start to see your hard work paying off and prospects becoming clients.
6 months in:
At this stage you will be a superstar and a true Plytix brand ambassador. The advice you provide will be helping prospects and clients fully understand the PIM environment and moving them towards taking back control of their product data. When it comes to conducting online demos of Plytix to key stakeholders and decision-makers, like CEOs, VPs, directors, managers, your confidence and approach will be the best in the business. You will be fully confident in your ability and will have all of the knowledge you need to be consistently adding new clients to the evergrowing Plytix family. You’ll have integrated seamlessly into our tight knit sales team. Most importantly of all, you’ll enjoy the success that comes from your hard work.
Who will you be working with?
You’ll be working very closely with the other members of the Account Executive team as well as the Customer Success team. All teams will work together to ensure that customers’ expectations become a reality. But it doesn't stop there, one of the best things about being a part of the Account Executive team is that you get exposure and opportunities to work with all of the amazing teams at Plytix.
